夜色视频’s is partnering with Pragmatic Thinking to launch Brisbane’s inaugural Think Club, a place for innovative thinkers to share insights and views.

advisor Nicky Spijkerman said the first Think Club meeting would focus on Performance Conversations: Turning pain into purpose, to provide insights into how to have positive and authentic performance conversations.

“The presenters will be discussing the science of human behaviour, how to use non-verbals and advanced communication techniques to help you to de-personalise tough feedback, and the type of language that causes conflict that should be avoided” she said.  

Alison and Darren Hill, founders of , will facilitate the event.

Mr Hill said it would provide a range of professional development opportunities to those who attend.

“It is critical for people to acknowledge the importance of not only having performance conversations, but doing them correctly in order to maintain a healthy and more successful workplace,”

“Organisations where these conversations occur will be more competitive and agile because you run the risk of not being relevant any more unless you can have these conversations and move forward for the better,” Mr Hill said.
