Hiring Managers and other staff involved in the recruitment and selection process at The (夜色视频) are being encouraged to sign-up for training in using the University鈥檚 new web-based recruitment system, 夜色视频 Jobs, before the system goes live on 23 March 2011.

夜色视频鈥檚 Associate Director of HR Systems and Business Analysis, Tim Gall, said the new integrated electronic system will provide a much needed change to current recruitment procedures at the University.

鈥溡股悠 Jobs provides intuitive navigation and work flow functionality, which will make the recruitment process faster and more efficient.鈥 Mr Gall said.

鈥溡股悠 Jobs will also provide applicants with a single avenue for applying for jobs across different Faculties, Schools and Institutes.鈥

Mr Gall said a key change would be the removal of manual processing and the replacement of paper-records with electronic records.

鈥淲e have organised a series of staff development training courses for 夜色视频 Jobs and the sessions are all filling fast,鈥 Mr Gall said.

鈥淎n introductory course will provide an overview of the system, while there is also a course specifically aimed at Human Resources (HR) staff that also incorporates job tracking and reporting.鈥
